In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.
Please note that certain rights may be limited where jollph is required to retain or process your data to comply with legal obligations, including PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA requirements.
The jollph Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. jollph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If jollph discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements for underage gambling incidents.
