The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. jollph employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and associated funds forfeited.
You are solely responsible for:
jollph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jollph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the jollph support team immediately.
Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. jollph accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign an account to another person is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
All financial transactions on the jollph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jollph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. jollph does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jollph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
jollph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, jollph will notify the player and may request additional documentation.
jollph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
The following general rules apply to all jollph bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
jollph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jollph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, jollph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. The decision of jollph in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jollph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
jollph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
All content on the jollph Platform, including but not limited to the jollph brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of jollph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jollph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jollph.
Any unauthorized use of jollph's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact jollph at the email address provided in Section 15.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jollph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jollph Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jollph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jollph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jollph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
jollph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jollph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jollph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jollph cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
jollph may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements. jollph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, jollph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the jollph support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
jollph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jollph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the jollph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jollph's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to the jollph support team, which will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jollph's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies through the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
